What is Account Rating Level?

If the number of characters is less than 10, it is calculated according to the total number of all character grades divided by 10. Moreover, when the number of characters is 10 or more, it is calculated by the average grade of the top 10 characters (can be manually sorted). The bonus attribute stat increases as the account rating increases.
