Okay yeah you have to unseal it, wait at least 1 hour and then you will be able to sell it back.
Nexon did something with sell back to where you can't unseal it and sell back immediately.

It's sealed. And sell back option is grayed out.
Does it have to be unsealed for you for sell it back?

Don't be stingy Valofe i hope it is a mistake or something. You need to give us this weapon for perm cause of we are old players and we logged in the game on the first day of the update.
