"classic combat arms" what version would you like it to be like?

Personally, I would like combat arms reverts back in time 5 - 7 years where the game is identical to how it was in 2010-2012 with the hud looking like the image below where you could have specialists, abilities, the gun emporium and getting rid of basically all the updates that happened after 2012 (Minus the ones that fixed lag and hacker problems)

Why do you guys keep asking for a specific CA version/year ? If they revert CA it will be to that right before Reload. There is no "choose your combat arms version or Year". It will not happen. If you are dissatisfied with reload or the version before reload, you should quit now because we will not have any other.

I dont reeeally get the huge fuzz thinking about old CA. I would rather see Valofe take on CA Reloaded and customize it to function better, the Idea behind Reloaded is still good IMHO

This is what I would love to see. Reload has better engine with better server tick rates and smoother mouse functionality. Server tick rate is needed for better frames performance and it is what I am getting now. They just need to rework the GUI which is trash thanks to NEXON.

I get where you are coming from. Reloaded did provide some fixes such as better mouse performance and P2W adjustments, but it will never work out. Regardless of what Valofe does with CA whether that be changing the GUI/HUD or adding fixes, the game will fade off. Reloaded failed because it was like trying to put a facelift on a game from 2007, it just doesn't work. For the game to actually expand it would have to have an entirely new engine which no one wants to code. Regardless or the "normal" or "reloaded" engine, they share the same engine created 12 years ago. Very rarely does a game company keep the same game running for 10 years with little to none adjustments. Most companies phase out the old game and release a new one. While it's inconvenient for players, its the truth.
TL;DR Valofe should revert CA to 2010 to let players enjoy the last life of the game, since at this point the game can't be fixed.

I also see where you are coming from. I have to agree with some of the points you made. I on the other hand, really doubt that they will revert so far back. They are asking for votes to bring back classic CA but in no place it mentions which version it will revert to if it does. Going back to 2010 will mean a lot of changes and mechanics to be reverted that no longer exists. This is a ton of work that will require more man power and time, something that we nor Valofe have. The easiest thing for them to do will be to revert back to the last version which is still practically under the hood with some graphic "facelift". I highly doubt Valofe bringing any other version before that.

It can be done (I actually have 08 files lol), but that's assuming they have the 08 source which is unlikely. I highly doubt it can be done, but its worth mentioning to Valofe. I personally would just like to experience the game for what it once was before the inevitable fade.

The version before reloaded was good enough for me. PCM, Duty roster. Being able to play other modes in cws and choose who you want to play was great.

2009/2010 is golden, men honestly please do not ask for the abilitys, they give us super human powers, we play a war game not justice legion with superman and flash... you really want to throw your g-nades into the space? you really want a speedhack after multy kill?
Lest ask for our nostalgia, not for our nightmear please. with All the respect to everyone to you.

If we want to be honest all we need is a better anti-hacking program, the old CA look and the spec items ( plus a ban spec possibility)

The version before reloaded was good enough for me. .. Duty roster.

Duty Roster / Battlemaster was killed mid 2016 with adjusting the specialists into mercenaries because there were no specialists anymore to block.
