    Well of course, that is what Nexon and VALOFE suggested for all of us to do when issues started occurring.
    And they still are insisting that you do so.

    Announcements on the old forums, news section of the old/new CA site, on both discord servers.

    Copy and Pasted comment for those having migration issues:

    Clear your browsing cache/history/everything, close and re-open your browser.
    Open a tab and Log on to the Nexon Migration Page.
    Open another tab and Log on to VALOFE.

    You can attempt to accept the transfer on VALOFE's migration page, and if it sends you to Nexon.
    Go to your the Nexon Migration Page on the tab that you have opened.
    Accept and click on the link to head on over to the VALOFE migration page.
    Hope it's the one and accept VALOFE's terms and condition.
    And hope that transfer is successful.

        Special Notice:

        After transferring your Nexon Account to your VALOFE ID
        Do not delete your VALOFE Account.
        Doing so could result in loss of your Combat Arms Character/Account. . .

        Yeah I had to throw that in there because some actually did this and are complaining about it.

          I have two accounts where I lost emails, IDs (very old accounts) Is there a way to recover them? The support is not there yet

            Hmm it's old, so I'm thinking it's a Nexon Account right?
            If so, then I suggest you contact Nexon Customer Support trying to recover or transfer your account.

            Usually what will end up happening is you having to create a new e-mail to transfer your Nexon Account to.
            You may be asked to provide a photographic ID of yourself.
            What your character/account name is.
            And security questions that you had of the account.
            Answers to the security questions.
            Birthday registered to the account.
            Maybe a name registered to the account?

            You could try to contact your e-mail provider in trying to recover your lost e-mail, but that may take some time as well.

              I remember their IGN (Danettechoco (2011) Dark-Kizaru (2012)). But for e-mail and the rest not ... Unless Nexon could remind me of my e-mail, as I often put the same password to my e-mail address
