Permanent Ban Error

So I just made a new account after not playing for so many years an its already been banned. I haven't even played a game. when the game launched it asked me to sign in an out of nowhere I got banned for no reason. brand new account an its already banned? that doesn't make sense to me at all. I tried to make another account an its the same thing. Please fix this error as their shouldn't be a reason to get banned like this for reason.
