Not receiving purchased items

I got some spawn token , the first time I bought them with GC , I got them I used all and had 2 left over. Then the second time I bought 15 of them with GC I did not receive them .
Still says I only have 2 spawn tokens. I tried again to buy 15 tokens with CP and again I did not get them.
The next day I tried again using GP to but 15 spawn tokens and still did not receive any , again I tried to but 15 spawn tokens with GC and still did not
receive any. No matter what I do , it says I only have 2 spawn tokens . Help !
