Bug type: recoil bug
Map(Specific map): Any
Game mode(Specific mode): Any
Repeatability: 100%
Operating System: Any
Description:
Originally the S1 Suppressor I was supposed to reduce the recoil of a gun by 10% but with Reloaded they changed the "recoil" stat (lower numbers = less recoil) to "recoil control" (higher numbers = less recoil) without changeing the valure on the supressor so that it now has the opposite of the intended effect. Additionally, using any recoil "reducing" suppressor sets the number of bullets with pure vertical recoil down to a default 0 instead of keeping the original number of the gun in question which completely screws up the recoil pattern of any gun with vertical recoil and effects tap fiering in a negative way.
Steps to reproduce:
1) buy / rent both a M416 CQB and a S1 Suppressor I (AR)
2) attach the S1 Suppressor I (AR) to the M416 CQB and put the M416 CQB in your first backpack slot
3) enter the shooting range and get yourself another M416 CQB from one of the boxes
4) go in scope, hold down mouse 1 and fire ~6 bullets at a wall
5) switch to the other M416 CQB and repeat step 4) with this weapon
6) compare the recoil patterns
Note: I used the "(AR)" version in this example but the bug also affects all other versions of this suppressor.
