Gcoin problem..

I'm not sure if this is the place to be but I'll try anyway. I purchased Gcoins through Xsolla on Sunday and redeemed the card. Here it is going on Tuesday and I still haven't received my Gcoins. Normally I wouldn't complain about it, but that's 50 dollars of my money up in the air somewhere. I've sent a ticket but I feel like if I paid my money right then and there why should I have to wait for them to be loaded onto my account. How long does it usually take for tickets to be answered?
