QR-Mutagen doesn't working

sometimes mutagen doesn't gives extra ammo on Quarantine please fix this....

Hi all,

Sometimes in QR with your human form your mutagen do not work , what i mean? You dont have the plus Ammo, speed and damage as human. However if somone inft you, or if the game choose you for the start-zombie , in the next round you will be able to use your mutagen as human too. The problem here is that if you will not die, you will never be able to use your mutagen as human in the game.

This Error is only for Humans, zombies work normal.

How often does this occur?
Are you positive you are selecting the mutagen before the option disappears?
Is it on a certain map or does it occur in any map?

Can you please take a video of this occurring? As descriptive as you were, the visualization might help more.
