It's happening to me right now on my laptop, how did you fix it?

it's fixed the Valofe patcher was what wasn't working that was requesting to update which is why i was getting the error 301.

Same thing is happening to me. I was able to login like you said "directly launching 'Engine.exe'". Now i get error 301 reinstall client...

Everytime I click on the shortcut on my desktop, Vlauncher.exe stops working, and the client never opens. I've tried disabling firewall, antivirus, adding permissions to firewall, and windows 7 compatibility. It still will not open. I've uninstalled / reinstalled the game and restarted my computer to no avail. The only way for me to even get the client to open is directly launching "Engine.exe" from the game folder. After launching Engine.exe, after login screen it immediately crashes. Please help.
