banned mistake?

my main account sais its banned perm and i think this was a mistake the account name is Xx_JOEY_GHOST_xX can someone please tell me if this is right and if so why i got banned perm?ive used that account for 10 years and ive done nothing wrong.please atleast let me know why if its not a mistake.ty
