    Crash / Disconnection

    Connection to server has ended.
You have probably experienced temporary internet instablility in connection to the servers, there can be various reasons for this happen. From software problems like downloading with torrent programs on your or other PC sharing your connection, security programs interrupting connection, problems in wifi connection (if you use it), problems with connection from you to your ISP, problems with internet connection by your ISP.

My game closes to the desktop a minute or so after started
Some process is interfering with Combat Arms: Reloaded. Please close any and all processes (most likely packed) that are not needed to run Combat Arms.

Please check if your security prgrams (AntiVirus, Firewall) allow Combat Arms: Reloaded. You can temporarily deactivate your Firewall and AntiVirus program to check if it is blocking Combat Arms: Reloaded.

Your temporary Internet files (in every browser that you have on your computer) might need to be cleared.
    • For Internet Explorer users: Click on tools, select Internet Options and click on Temporary Internet files or "Delete..." from the General tab. Select "Delete Files" This may take several minutes. Once it's done, download Combat Arms: Reloaded again.
    • For Firefox users: Click on tools, sleect "Clear Private Data" and then click on "Clear Private Data Now" Once it's done, download Combat Arms: Reloaded again.

I launched Combat Arms: Reloaded but nothing seems to be happening?
You may be running the game in compatibility mode.
Combatibility Mode is a software mechanism in which the program you are running either emulates an older version of software, or mimics another operating system in order to allow obsolete or incompatible software or files to remain compatible with the computer's newer hardware or software.

What this means is old or outdated files may be accessed or that the emulation process is not working, mich can cause the game not to load.

To resolve this make sure your game is not in compatibility mode and if it is, take it out of compatibility mode.

    Here how you do it:

    1. Right click on the program icon and select the Compatibility tab.

    2. Click on the small box within Compatibility mode and remove any check over "Run this program in compatibility mode for:"
    3. Click Apply.
    4.Click OK.
    5. Relaunch the game.

Unable to run the game due to the client file being corrupted: 301

The error indicates there is missing or corrupted files in your Combat Arms: Reloaded installation folder. There are few reasons why this can happen.

Reason 1: Your AntiVirus is deleting the files.
Solution: Temprarily remove/disable your AntiVirus program.
Explanation: Sometimes some AV programs delete files within Combat Arms: Reloaded. In some cases you can just add Combat Arms: Reloaded to a safe or "white list" which should prevent this from happening. However, if you do not have the means to do this fist try disabling your AVS and then try running the game. If you still get the error you will need to uninstall Combat Arms: Reloaded and install it again.

Now launch Combat Arms: Reloaded with your AVS still disabled and see if you still get the error. If you do not then you may need to use a different AVS or find a way to add Combat Arms: Reloaded to its safe list.

Reason 2: You created a new player account and it matches the login name of your Combat Arms: Reloaded account.
Solution: Make sure your new player account name is different than your Combat Arms: Reloaded name.

Reason 3: An other program besides an AVS are deleting your game files.
Solution: Identify the program causing the issue (MSConfig).
Explanation: Sometimes other programs including System Security programs may be causing an issue with your game and deleting game files. By identifying it you find out what progrma is causing the issue and disable or delete it.

    In-Game Error Messages

When starting the game I get "An error has occured with the hack prevention function. Error Code = 108"
It is very likely that your AntiVirus or 3rd party firewall is preventing XingCode from running. Symantec Endpoint Protection (firewall) has been known to cause this error.

"Cannot locate NGM module". What does this mean?
There are numerous reasons why this could be happening. A first step would be to rebott your computer. If that did not solve the issue, make sure to add NGM to your safe list of your AntiVirus. NGM might be blocked or getting deleted by your AntiVirus every time you install or run Combat Arms.

    What does Abnormal Gameplay mean?
Some games may end with this message. This is most likely because the game ended too early or the server detected that the teams were not properly balanced. Wenn that happens, no GP or EXP is awarded.

There is a message with "Speehack detected" and my game closes
That's a bug caused by high network latency and will not cause your account to get banned.

"Server Error ...." when trying to use a Weapon Renewal Kit on an item
This can sometimes happen on new items that have been introduced to the game. Please report this in the Bug Report Section using the sticked template.

    Log in / Game Launch

No progress after the "Version Checking" window is shown.
This problem occurs when the update server is temporarily inactive, when your client connects to an improper host, when the installation information si improper. First, check out the website for news, second, try to launch the game a little later.
Are there still problems, it can help to reinstall the game with the latest client.
