Greetings! This is the Combat Arms: Reloaded Development Team Manager.

As we mentioned in our previous briefing, there was much work to be done in order for us to reinforce the existing content over the last month.

Firstly, we have selected a few specialist items that were not likely to have a significant impact regarding balance and released them as Special Items.

In addition, the gift function, which was not available before is now reopened.
In regards to Elite Moderator (EM)/SEM (Super Elite Moderator), SEM will be released as a purchasable item while EM will be given as level-up compensation at certain levels.
However, the kick function which has been controversial among users for SEM, instead of limiting the number of times usable,
we have added a function that limits the number of kicks possible in certain period of time and restores them after a set timeframe.

Next month, there will be tasks to reinforce and improve existing contents and some of those will be improving contents such as quests and attendance check events.
For example, quests will be improved to add some more meaning on top of the existing logic.
In the case of daily quests, it will become more difficult depending on the level, but difficult quests will give a higher probability of better rewards.
For attendance check events, there is currently only common one event, but it will be improved so that many different variety of events such as new user events will be available.

Lastly, in the case of the SEM Kick function mentioned above, we believe there may be some users who may feel uncomfortable about the restrictions.
However, we would like to inform again on the original purpose of the kick function which was to create a healthier playing environment by eliminating harmful users.
If many users unreasonably abuse the use of the kick function, the penalties for such actions will be strengthened.
Please be careful not to abuse the use of this function.

We hope you know that we will always do our best to bring a better game experience for everyone.

Not exactly, it was introduced to give players a tool to deal with hackers which sometimes can be quite difficult to identify since the game doesn't even have a proper killcam (the game might call it a "killcam" but it's actually a deathcam) but this wouldn't even be much of a problem if the game had a good anti cheat software.

The problem with your term "harmful users" is how subjective it is. Some people might have high standards and only use it to kick proven hackers but others use it to kick everyone they consider harmful to their personal fun. There is no such thing as "unreasonably abuse" if you give players tools like these and tell them to use them to "eliminate harmful users" because it all comes down to how the individual player defines "harmfull behavior".

No your not, if you really wanted to do your best to bring a better game experience for everyone you wouldn't have made gifting GC only, you would have added the "special weapons" to the regular items like they used to be instead of turning them into RNG Boxes in order to milk the community. Your actions speak louder than your words and if you really want us to believe that you will always do your best to bring a better game experience for everyone then show us, don't tell.

I completely agree with you Wum that they aren't really doing their best to bring us a better experience. I was really hoping there'd be GP gifting because we haven't had it since 2014 if I'm not mistaken.

As for the spec weapons, I'm not fond of the RNG cases sometimes myself. A few things that really kill the experience for me personally is that there's almost nothing really exciting going on in the game, the grade system is bad, and Reloaded isn't even close to being balanced. Two bugs I have wanted to be fixed for years haven't been fixed yet namely the infected HUD bug and the explosives do damage at various heights bug.

The daily login events are really lack luster and are mostly for the newer players. I've been waiting for months for Elite Sniper Carlos, Summer Suit Ophelia/Elle (Including the Carnival variants) for even 1 day to have some fun with them. Today, I went in my first game with the e-mod, and guess what? I got kicked. This is where I draw the line and after 9 years of dealing with inconsistent promises of fixing the game, and bringing the e-mod was the worst thing to be brought back. Honestly, 10 kicks is STILL not enough to deter someone from rage kicking. If I a truly wanted to, I could hop on 5 other alts, or even more then have even more kicks... Wait! Even better, I could've bought Super Elite instead.

There was only one balance patch and it wasn't even close to enough. A lot of the vests are not usable, a lot of the mercs aren't usable, a lot of the WEAPONS AREN'T USABLE. My biggest complaint with the "rebalance" is why didn't some of the guns that absolutely needed a buff get one? This was a golden opportunity to do so. I'll give 3 weapons that really needed a buff and are simply outclassed in a lot of ways. K7, MSG-90, and the Saiga series.

It's been now 6 years since the Mutagens have been in the game, where are the new ones? QR needs them badly.

I think it's nearly time to quit the game for me, good bye everyone...

Thank you Valofe for bringing back the Elite Moderator. It will help us serious Fireteam players keep our rooms under control and manage them properly by weeding out the bad ones and maybe have some productive games now. All you guys need to do now is bring back Fireteam stats and give more EXP per round for each Fireteam game played. This is a start anyway.

Judging from what I've seen during the fireteam event this will make PvE almost unplayable unless you're playing with a group of friends. I've seen more than enough people making up some BS like "player X is AFK" when this was clearly not the case. Abusers are just going to wait until the mission is almost over to kick a person they don't like (or a random player just for the lulz) within the last couple of seconds.

The Elite-Moderator was a tool given to players during the big hacker wave. This original purpose was ment. The blantant hackers aren't hard to spot. It wasn't ment into the direction of the closet hackers which are pretty hard to spot.
People call way too fast player hacker in every meaning and because of this it is good that the EM is limited to 10 kicks a day.

Simply not true, unless you're acting stupid the whole game and attracting attention, MAYBE. Then, you deserve it.

Except it is, people wait until the end of the mission and then try to get other players kicked:
It happened almost every game I've played during the event period. "unless you're acting stupid the whole game and attracting attention" is as far from the truth as it gets. Many people don't bother to check / don't care if the accusations are true, especially if they're in the same clan and people constantly come up with some blatant lies to justefy this BS.

That's not an Elite Moderator problem, nor is it a screenshot from the "end of game just because we want to" kick either. After a certain round or point in the game (if no Elite) you can't even call for a democratic kick. So my comment still stands, Simply not true and there's plenty of people who win today who were looking to get Elite Mod back, clearly you lost.

It sure is. It's a problem with kick abuse and remind me, what's the main function of the Elite Moderator? Exactly. It might not be the problem itself but it sure is an amplifier which makes the situation worse.

Look at the picture, it's Desert Thunder with all objectives completed. You can't join after a certain point but the same doesn't hold true when it comes to kicking people.

Keep telling yourself that if it makes you happy but you ignoring the evidence doesn't make it any less true.
