Known Issues:
  • Unable to open purchased MYST Cases.
  • Unable to gift recipient due to an error and having GC deducted from the account.
  • Able to gift, recipient received no items, but GC is deducted from the Gifters' account.
  • Able to gift, recipient received all items, but twice the amount of GC is deducted from the Gifters' account.


What to do if you have this issue?

Please send a Private Message to a Moderator if you are experiencing any of these issues.

FORUMS - Click on the username link provided in the table below to view the Moderator's Profile and click on "Private Message" to a Moderator.
DISCORD - Join our Discord Channel go to "Direct Messages" and select "Find or start a conversation" and paste the Moderator's Discord ID.

  • Item Name that was gifted
