Error 114 Gameguard

hi i would like to ask, i have a problem with turning on the game. the game will start but as soon as I write the ID and the password the game immediately drops to me, it shows me the error 114 which is associated with the gameguard, please help me... Thanks you.. Ihave win8 and antivirus system is Avira..

You should add game folder to Avira exception list and then reinstall the game if needed.
