CANNOT (RENEW) extend the duration of my 1 star weapon (Lightening Core SG 50)

I bought 1 star weapon licenses - Does NOT WORK
I bought Super Weapon Renewal Kit - does NOT WORK
I bought Ulitmate Weapon Renewal - does NOT WORK

when I try to use them it appears : Server error (2)

Please help me and fix this bug. I spent money to buy these things so please fix it and renew my weapon otherwise I am just loosing money.
