Restored but no at all

I have a problem with my acc.
I restored it from reloaded to classic.

I have exp but my perm EQ especially weapons wasnt appear in Classic.

who should i contact ?

There is no "item restoration" option, only "rank restoration", you can only transfer rank from Reloaded to Classic, nothing else, all your weapons are still on reloaded.
