Can't Restore rank

i cant restore rank i have a character in combat arms reloaded and another in the classic i have all the requerimients why i cant?
sorry for my bad english i press RESTORE RANK and nothing happens

Can you share please what you have tried to restore it? I hope you know that a rank restoration isn't always the best idea to go for if you want have the rank rewards.
