LEVEL up boxs bug.

Hello, today I leveled up from goa to cic 1 before classic came I got in my inbox 2x cic boxs, now after I leveled up I got nothing. I want that boxs back or I will just not play in here. That boxs can help me so much to level up to cic2 and I have to get a gold rare weapon.
