I don't think forum will help you in that case....
I will advice you to send them inquiry at least that we did somewhen when someone steal account...
Send them email they will help you.
I had similar problem I couldn't remember to log in another account -can't remember what was the problem but they help me get in again.Do that.Your previous email needed of the account or your personal information date etc.
