This guide is to assist our users that encountered the issue of missing characters with their successfully migrated accounts. Our Teams have processed a manual migration of the accounts affected by the recent technical issues.
The Accounts have been categorized according to the number of characters that will be present after the manual migration process is completed. This counts the number of newly created characters added with the number of characters created before the transfer of service.
i.e., Account with 1 New VFUN character + 11 Old Characters = 12 Total Characters;
Account with 5 New VFUN characters + 16 Old Characters = 21 Total Characters
The categories are Category A & Category B
Category A Accounts - Accounts with lesser than or equals 14-characters
Category B Accounts - Accounts with more than 14-characters.
For Category A (Accounts with lesser than or equals 14-charaters)
- We have kept your new characters and added your old characters in your account because there are enough character slots to hold 14 characters for each server.
- We still kept your new characters and added your old characters to your account. However, due to the 14-character slot limit, the characters displayed/visible are sorted in order of the most recently accessed.

- Account Name (VFUN)
- Account Name (PapayaPlay)
- Character names of missing characters
- Server of missing characters
