Dear fellow Dekarons,
The upcoming release of the long awaited Segita Shooter is just around the corner and we want everyone to join in and to play along. With this enthusiasm, we wish to bring in as many players back in the land of Trieste and experience the prowess of the Segita Shooter.
However, these past few days have been troublesome since there had been several attacks to our game services, one of which was extremely affected. Our account migration services has encountered severe technical issues from these attacks.
The technical issues prevented the completion of the migration process. These issues not only caused problems for VALOFE but is intently targeted against avid and loyal players of Dekaron that wish to continue playing.
Teams from VALOFE has worked round-the-clock to fix the issues and damages with the migration process. The maintenance completed today is a continued effort to address all issues being reported to the VALOFE customer support, Dekaron Facebook Page and Dekaron Discord.
We're reaching out to all users affected by the migration issue to check if the issues for your specific concerns have been fixed. On the resolution applied to account holders that had missing characters and created new characters in those accounts, please check this link for the guide. For those that didn’t create new characters to their migrated accounts, the migration process has been completed.
