Recently, we’ve been receiving reports of users that are having difficulty with their migration process and receives this error message: “Error No Dekaron characters found on this Papaya Play account. Please confirm Your account name.”
We would like to share that we’ve fixed this issue and we urge all those that encountered this error message to try and migrate their accounts again.
