Zuto-Infused Weapons Issue Resolution

We apologize to all the users that have been affected by the issue of the missing "Rank Options" from their newly introduced Zuto-Infused Weapons.
The issue last April was unfortunate, but it was addressed just a few hours after the game has opened.

Understandably, some members of the community are eager to get their hands on these weapons which were affected by the problems mentioned and thus getting the Zuto-Infused Weapons with the missing "Rank Options".
These members of the community have been identified and were mentioned on our Discord server post advising them refrain from committing any enhancement to the said weapons to prevent any complications with the fixes on the issue.

We have sent a special compensation box containing a Zuto-Infused Weapon, that generates the correct Rank Options, while keeping the enhancement level last April 8, 2022.

• For users that added brands and sockets to their weapons, below are some instructions for the restoration of their sockets and options.

- Open the box received in the mailbox.
- After using the box, take a screenshot of the previous old Zuto Weapon.
- Coordinate with Dekaron Staff in Discord and share the screenshot to process restoration of socket/brand options.
