    Problems like network instability can lead to an incomplete purchase of items when the items are not properly delivered to your inventory.

    In such cases, you can re-claim your items through the purchase restoration system.
    Please follow the below steps to successfully restore your items.

    1) Re-enter the shop
    2) Go to Settings > Others > click the purchase restoration button
