There will be a shop located at Victory Plaza where you can exchange the Premium Service you have that is not working for the same Premium Service that is working. Here are the steps in finding the shop.
1. Victory Plaza at Hakain’s Crossing
Go to Victory Plaza at Hakain’s Crossing
2. Find the NPC named Belle, she is beside Maestro
3. Choose the Premium Service you want to Exchange
In the shop, there are 4 tabs for each Premium Service.
*Note that if you have a Premium Service (180 Day) that is not working, you can only exchange it for a working Premium Service (180 Day) and not Premium Service (30 Day) or others.
3.1 PS BF30 and PS Sale 30
- Non-working Premium Service (30 Day) can be exchanged here.
3.2 PS BF60
- Non-working Premium Service (60 Day) can be exchanged here.
3.3 PS BF180
- Non-working Premium Service (180 Day) can be exchanged here.
