Note: Quest Name: "Investigation Into the Cause of Evil" must be done in Heroic or Legendary Difficulty Level
of the Carleon Manor in order for you to complete the Event [Daily] quest "Eliminate the Causes of Evil"

Ghosting Medal can be obtained by exchanging Halloween Medal to NPC Ghosteng's Event Tab Shop
Halloween Medal can be obtained by completing NPC Halloween Grandmother's Quests and in Cash Shop Event Tab.
NPC Halloween Grandmother is located just beside NPC Ghosteng
Capping with 50 repeatable quests of collecting the correct exchange items.
Acquiring the Special Titles!
Complete all these quest from NPC Ghosteng
By completing NPC Grandmother's Repeatable Quests, you can get a total of 50 Halloween Medal in total and
exchange it to Ghosteng Medal in NPC Ghosteng's Event Shop. That way, you can get these titles!

The 3 NPC Officers's Quests will mainly focus on capturing and sealing Combat,Production and Growth Evil Monsters
Continue all quest and upgrade the Shoulder Buff to Legendary!
