Erna and Crow are having a Popularity Contest on who is the most popular Person in Hakanas
You may locate Erna and Crow on Hakains Crossing Victory Plaza.
To unlock the Event quest for Crow and Erna you will need to finish first the pre-requisite event quest called "[Event] Noveno's Ballot Box".
Upon completion of the quest you will unlock the Daily quest called "[Daily] Collecting Completed Ballot Boxes".
Completing this Daily quest will reward you with an item called "7th Anniversary Voting Ticket."
This item will be needed in order to cast your vote on who is the most popular person in Hakanas. You can acquire this item by doing a Daily quest or by purchasing it via the Event Shop from NPC Noveno for 80x 7th Anniversary Coin.
Interacting with Crow and Erna will allow you to obtain their Event Quest.
The quests [Event] A Precious Vote for Crow (1-10) has been added to NPC Crow. You can complete it by giving a 7th Anniversary Voting Ticket and it will reward you a Crow's Power (3 Hours) as well as a Pet: Crow Doll as the final quest reward.

Please note that you can only carry one of this type of Boost and the Rewards will not stack upon quest completion.

The quests [Event] A Precious Vote for Mizuki (1-10) has been added to NPC Erna. You can complete it by giving a 7th Anniversary Voting Ticket and it will reward you a Mizuki's Power (3 Hours) as well as a Pet: Mizuki Doll as the final quest reward.
