We have found a bug regarding the Draconian Hideout Cross-Server Dungeon. When players get disconnected during the run, while you're in solo or when your party has finished the dungeon without you, you won't be able to access your character due to an error "Systematic error occured."
We would advise you to avoid disconnecting while in the said dungeon to avoid this inconvenience.
The management is currently fixing the bug, we will update you when a fix has been made!
