RIA Exchange Cancellation

Greetings Riders!

We understand that some players are having trouble with exchanging RIA Token to Princess Coin.
Characters with ongoing transactions will be unable to access the game.
However, if the player is stuck with the transaction, they may click on the 'Exchange Cancel' button.



We suggest clicking on the button if the 'Retry QR Code Certificate' button does not work or if the transaction failed.
If that does not work, kindly contact our CS Support or raise the issue in the #p2e-feedback channel in the Discord Server.
