FOCY is modemtapping in Quarintine regan!

Im playing combat arms europe, in Quarintine regan mode. player called FOCY, was just following me, and after that i saw that i was infected but he was not in my area where i was. So i get a video that i record. in the video i saw that he was modemtapping me.
