[Quest] Mining Gorge - Client Crashing

Hello,

I am having problems doing the Quest Mining Gorge that sends me to another map, when entering the portal and the game closes, I have tried to play it as much as on my desktop PC and on my laptop having the same result, I would like to know why , since it allows me to walk on the map but when trying to cross the portal is where the client closes. no error message comes out, the client simply closes.
