    Dear Mutizens,

    Firstly, we would like to express our gratitude for your patience over the past weeks as our team has been working hard to bring services back to normal.
    We are currently aware of several major issues that have taken place. This has brought concern amongst many of our players.
    Most importantly, many players have taken this opportunity to benefit illegitimately from this and these actions could potentially harm the game economy.
    This issue has spread into a cascade of failures for the Trade Brokers/Auction Houses.

    After thorough investigation and discussion between our lead developers.
    We have come to the point that in order to preserve the game's balance and long term interest of all our players, a server rollback at this state is unavoidable.

    What will happen after the rollback?

    1.
    This will return the game’s state to the backup that was made the day after the server transfer (November 26, 2019),
    meaning that a total of 18 days’ worth of data, in-game progress, and activities will be RESET to the last progress until the day of transfer on November 26th.

    2.
    All activities related to created / traded items, purchases, and game progress (November 27th up to December 13th) will be null,
    meaning your last save point from November 26th is what you will see once this rollback is applied.

    3.
    Redzen gained through game hacks will NOT be restored to your in-game currencies. After the rollback, the Redzen amount will be restored to the amount before the transfer.
    Redzen used for purchasing items will be returned to your total Redzen holdings, and the item/s you have
    purchased using the Redzens will be removed your items inventory, etc.

    4.
    Redzen purchased after the server transfer within the dates of November 27 - December 13 using GCoins will be refunded.

    5. New characters that were made after the transfer will be deleted.

    Please note that it is estimated to take 5 hours or more for us to implement this rollback, and the game will remain offline during this time.
    As this will be our first Rollback, all the standard rewards and compensations will be activated in the form of an Official Apology Event that will be announced soon.

    A. We would like to remind everyone that current active users do not need to proceed the transfer process again.

    B. Our team will be working to reply to you as soon as possible, so please do not worry.
    As we are answering requests in the order that we receive them, if you have already sent us an email, there is no need to send additional email requests for support.

    We will also be adding regular updates in this thread regarding the rollback status, so please stay tuned.
