please I don’t know who else to turn to, I have an old NA / Baellas account named: BelDemonia /Priest/ level 67, last year I was out of the game for health reasons and I was only able to return now and I was unable to make the transfer,
I created an account at VFun, followed the migration procedures, but there was no option to migrate my old account. I sent my problem to VFun support and did not get an answer, resent it and nothing, more than 10 days have passed.
If you can help me or inform me how to proceed to recover my account,I will be grateful!
