- Log into your Peacock account.
- Go to “Upcoming Payments” and click “Cancel Payment.“
- Review the prompt, then click “Cancel Payment” in the dialog box.
- You’ll see a confirmation message on the screen.

- Go to “Plans & Payments” and select “Change or Cancel Plan.”
- Choose “Cancel Plan.”
- You’ll see a confirmation message on screen. You’ll also get a confirmation email, which may take a few hours.
You must cancel through Spectrum. They handle billing for your Peacock Premium subscription. After cancellation, you’ll still have access to Peacock’s free tier content.
