[US Server] Maintenance Ended

Hello C9 Actionist,

We would like to inform everyone that the US server maintenance has concluded and the server is now up and running. We appreciate everyone's kind patience and understanding. Please note that this maintenance is for IDC US Server migration.

Kindly be advised as well that everyone on the US server will received 1,000 Goddess Tears as compensation(Only available for 24hours: November 09 10:00 - November 10 09:59 UTC). If you haven't received the compensation, please kindly try to re-login in the game and check again.

Lastly, other servers will acquire the same compensation once their specific server undergo the same process of IDC server migration. We will post an announcement soon for this matter.

For any issues/concerns you found in the game or further inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us here in our official site or costumer support service center.

Gostaríamos de informar a todos que a manutenção do servidor nos EUA foi concluída e o servidor está instalado e funcionando. Agradecemos a paciência e compreensão de todos. Observe que esta manutenção é para a migração do IDC Servidor US.

Informamos também que todos no servidor dos EUA receberão 1.000 Lágrimas dos Deuses como compensação (disponível apenas durante 24 horas: 09 de Novembro 10:00 - 10 de Novembro 09:59 UTC). Se você não recebeu a compensação, tente fazer o login novamente no jogo e verifique novamente.

Por último, outros servidores receberão a mesma compensação uma vez que seu servidor específico passe pelo mesmo processo de migração de servidor IDC. Em breve postaremos um anúncio sobre esse assunto.

Wir möchten alle darüber informieren, dass die Wartungsarbeiten am US-Server abgeschlossen sind und der Server jetzt wieder in Betrieb ist. Wir bedanken uns bei allen für ihre Geduld und ihr Verständnis. Bitte beachtet, dass diese Wartung für die Migration des IDC US Servers ist.

Bitte seid auch darüber informiert, dass alle Spieler auf dem US-Server 1.000 Goddess Tears als Entschädigung erhalten werden (nur für 24 Stunden verfügbar: 09. November 10:00 - 10. November 09:59 UTC). Solltet ihr die Entschädigung nicht erhalten haben, loggt euch bitte erneut in das Spiel ein und überprüft es nochmals.

Letztendlich werden andere Server die gleiche Entschädigung erhalten, sobald ihr jeweiliger Server den gleichen Prozess der IDC-Server-Migration durchläuft. Wir werden bald eine Ankündigung zu diesem Vorgang veröffentlichen.
