C9 Global: Google OTP Guide

Greetings C9 Actionist!

With our recent update in the game, we had added a new layer of security for your VFUN account as well as VFUN Games. Introducing Google OTP! The Google OTP Service offers an additional layer of security against unauthorized account access for VFUN accounts and in game.

How to activate Google OTP?

◼ Step 1
Sign-in into your VFUN Account through VFUN Launcher or on https://c9-gl.valofe.com/





◼ Step 2
From VFUN Launcher click My Profile in order to redirect you to your My profile page through the browser:




◼ Step 3
1. An Email verification is required to access MyInfo.
2. Enter the associated e-mail address you use with your VFUN Account to receive a verification email.
3. You will be notified that the Email Verification has been sent to the specified email.




◼ Step 4
After you verify your email. You will now be able to access My Info. From there, toggle Google OTP to begin the process of enabling Google OTP security to your VFUN account.




◼ Step 5
Click on Apply Google's Two Verification to begin the process. Note: Google OTP will be applied on the listed games under the VFUN Service





◼ Step 6
1. Install the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device by visiting the links shown or by scanning the provided QR Code. You may as well use Google Authenticator plugins on your Google chrome.
2. Click Next once installation has been completed.




◼ Step 7
1. Open the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device or Google Authenticator Plugins on your Google Chrome.
2. Scan the QR Code or the enter the code manually using the app to add the account.




◼ Step 8
Once the account has been added, please enter the 6-digit verification number generated by the Google Authenticator app.


A small confirmation window will appear once OTP is activated, please check ok to proceed.



◼ Step 9
Google OTP Service is now applied on the account, please click on Confirm to complete the process. Now that Google OTP has been activated on your VFUN account, you will be required to enter your OTP pin every time you login to the game.

E-postanızı doğruladıktan sonra. Artık MyInfo'ya erişebileceksiniz. Oradan, VFUN hesabınızda Google OTP güvenliğini etkinleştirme işlemine başlamak için Google OTP'yi değiştirin.

Hesap eklendikten sonra lütfen Google Authenticator uygulaması tarafından oluşturulan 6 haneli doğrulama numarasını girin.



OTP etkinleştirildiğinde küçük bir onay penceresi görünecektir, lütfen devam etmek için OK'yi işaretleyin.

Wie aktiviert man Google OTP?

◼ Schritt 1
Meldet euch in eurem VFUN-Account über den VFUN Launcher oder auf https://c9-gl.valofe.com/ an.




◼ Schritt 2
Klickt im VFUN Launcher auf Mein Profil , um über den Browser zu eurer Seite Mein Profil zu gelangen:





◼ Schritt 3
1. Für den Zugang zu Meine Info ist eine E-Mail-Bestätigung erforderlich.
2. Gebt die zugehörige E-Mail-Adresse ein, die ihr für euer VFUN-Account verwendet, um eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail zu erhalten.
3. Ihr werdet benachrichtigt, dass die E-Mail-Bestätigung an die angegebene E-Mail-Adresse gesendet wurde.






◼ Schritt 4
Nachdem ihr eure E-Mail bestätigt habt, könnt ihr nun auf Meine Info zugreifen. Schaltet dort Google OTP ein, um den Prozess der Aktivierung von Google OTP-Sicherheit für euer VFUN-Account in Gang zu setzen.




◼ Schritt 5
Klickt auf Zwei Verifizierungen von Google anwenden, um den Prozess zu starten. Hinweis: Google OTP wird auf die unter dem VFUN-Service aufgeführten Spiele verwendet.






◼ Schritt 6
1. Installiert die Google Authenticator-App auf eurem Mobilgerät, indem ihr die angezeigten Links besucht oder den bereitgestellten QR-Code scannt. Ihr könnt auch Google Authenticator Plugins auf eurem Google Chrome verwenden.
2. Klickt auf Weiter, sobald die Installation abgeschlossen ist.





◼ Schritt 7
1.Öffnet die Google Authenticator-App auf eurem Mobilgerät oder die Google Authenticator-Plugins in Google Chrome.
2. Scannt den QR-Code oder gebt den Code manuell über die App ein, um den Account hinzuzufügen.





◼ Schritt 8
Sobald der Account hinzugefügt wurde, gebt bitte die 6-stellige Prüfnummer ein, die von der Google Authenticator-App generiert wird.





Sobald das OTP aktiviert ist, erscheint ein kleines Bestätigungsfenster. Bitte klickt auf OK, um fortzufahren.



◼ Schritt 9
Der Google OTP Service wird nun für den Account angewendet, bitte klickt auf Bestätigen, um den Vorgang abzuschließen. Nun, da Google OTP auf eurem VFUN-Account aktiviert wurde, müsst ihr euren OTP-Pin jedes Mal eingeben, wenn ihr euch in das Spiel einloggt.

Como ativar o Google OTP?

Faça login na sua conta VFUN através da Launcher VFUN ou em






◼ Passo 2
Na Launcher VFUN, clique em Meu Perfil para redirecioná-lo para a página Meu Perfil através do navegador:




◼ Passo 3
1. Uma verificação de e-mail é necessária para acessar MyInfo.
2. Digite o endereço de e-mail associado que você usa em sua conta VFUN para receber um e-mail de verificação.
3. Você será notificado de que a Verificação de e-mail foi enviada para o e-mail especificado.




◼ Passo 4
Depois de verificar seu e-mail. Agora você poderá acessar My Info. A partir daí, alterne o Google OTP para iniciar o processo de ativação da segurança do Google OTP na sua conta VFUN.

1. Instale o aplicativo Google Authenticator em seu dispositivo móvel acessando os links mostrados ou digitalizando o QR Code fornecido. Você também pode usar os plug-ins do Google Authenticator no seu Google chrome.
2. Clique em Avançar quando a instalação for concluída.

1. Abra o aplicativo Google Authenticator em seu dispositivo móvel ou os plug-ins do Google Authenticator em seu Google Chrome.
2. Digitalize o código QR ou insira o código manualmente usando o aplicativo para adicionar a conta.



◼ Passo 8
Depois que a conta for adicionada, insira o número de verificação de 6 dígitos gerado pelo aplicativo Google Authenticator.


Uma pequena janela de confirmação aparecerá assim que o OTP for ativado, clique em ok para continuar.


◼ Passo 9
