The smoke grenade is a hardcore weapon and:

ALL HARDCORE WEAPON AND GEAR WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE SHOP AND WILL RETURN ON 10/31 FOR FREE

For anyone who is interested in the list of hardcore items which will be replaced on 10/31 with free PCM items, so you can make your minds and a use of the current Hardcore Event:

Well that's a strange list, I wish the community would have been involved in the creation of the PCM weapon list as several choices here are highly questionable.
