Rank Rewards

My _Alcyone_ in game named player account created in 2014 and as u know i have duplicated this account to valofe from nexon, so there is no problem about getting my rank rewards after rank up but why i dont get the rewards for the reached ranks before?

My rank is LTC IV at this moment but i am just asking for the rewards i have reached before the valofe, i guess it must be given for every players before valofe, who reached the ranks and duplicated the account...

I am a little bit confused. Are you sure, you mean the Reloaded Account?
Your Reloaded Account was not duplicated but transferred from Nexon to VALOFE. You got your previous rank up rewards already. It doesn't matter if you did that during Nexon times or VALOFE times. You got your rank up rewards.
