Where are the Rules of Combat Arms

In old times in the forum there was written somewhere example 15days ban for glitch like that .Now it doesn't have anything about the rules?Or I can't find it?
Anyway,I always followed the rules that the game had and I suppose now it have the same.I never do any kind of cheating but I can't find those cause I have seen guys violate them.
