My account got hacked so I thought I would resolved it through Customer Support. It been 21 days and the ticket I sent to customer support is still processing. The status of the ticket is deffered which means they postponed it for a later time. I did many things to grab their attention such as using other accounts to send the ticket, contacting them on Facebook, gave them evidence, and told them my personal information but still nothing worked. In the end they gave me an auto responses saying wait patiently, then in Facebook they saw my message but left no reply, my main ticket is still processing, and it going to be 4 weeks soon. Please help me gm's or anyone out their working valofe as staff.
