Older clans name and emblems

When will we be able to take inactive clan names? And emblems. There's a clan I've been eyeing since 2009 and the clan leader is banned and some admins are banned no accounts have been transferred

I asked a similar question too. Only developers can answer it. So we have to wait and fingercross to get an answer.
Or wait and watch for the outcome after the 30th of march 2018.
