i sent in a support ticket last month when i go to it says nothing as an answer i am trying to fix my account that your systems messed up ,,what good is it to have a support ticket when u wont hear back from them

It always takes some time for a response. Be patient, and if you really must, then submit another ticket if you don't hear anything back within the next few weeks.
