If things are on this forum like it was back on Nexon on last change...Customer Support would be a right place for question about your ban. But with so many tickets send about so many things, your ban will probably expire even before your ticket gets an answer. Judging on ban duration you were probably powerleveling,glitching or cheating in some similar way like that.Comment
