Seriously done with this hacking fest game

This game has become nothing but a hacking mess and you cant even kick them, how wonderful. Please dot say to report because we know for a fact that this solves nothing. Those pieces of sh*T trash wanna be hackers have many accounts and they keep coming. The other team doesn't even bother to kick either. I'm not talking about the guy who is obviously good I'm talking about the blatant R and T ranks with 50-2 scores aimbotting and chaming. They come prefiring ato your hiding spot or are just head shooting everyone.

We don't even have a ffking Elite Mod to really kick them without questions asked. This is a horrible experience for everyone old and new. Valofe, if you are bringing back old CA, bring back the ffking Elite mod and put restrictions of use on it. make it so we can at least kick 10-15 per day max. Not being able to kick blatant hackers from room is the most annoying thing and it does not help you if you want to bring new people. I personally can not recommend this game in the state it is at right now. This is a ffking mess and no one is doing sh*T about it.

Ill tell ya, it would be a total ****ing distaster since they can kick anyone who even utter a word against them making players unable to maybe even get any evidence of the hacker or glitcher wich is not something that is probable with vote kick if you compare them, but you can ve certain that you wont be able to kick the hacker out since its impossible to kick out the elite moderator.
And to be frank, there shouldnt be any hackers in the game to begin with so there shouldnt be any need to have this item to kick hackers either meaning that what you want aint a abuseable function but actually a stronger anti cheat.

WHAT? ARE YOU ffking delusional? You actually think that this company will invest in "stronger" anti cheat specially now that hardly anyone is spending? You think that a stronger anti cheat will make us hack free? There is no hack free games out there, not even the paid games. NEXON knew this and gave us a tool to combat this sh*T. Then, they removed it because they were too lazy to fix it so it wouldn't be abused like it was. The majority of people crying to not re implement the ELITE MOD are the ffking cheaters because every one could get one and make their own rooms, instead of making excuses that they are being kicked. I had mod and made my own rooms and did not abused it. It was not an inaccessible item to Elites only. Everyone was getting one at MAJOR 2. So please stop your bullsh*T reasoning because it makes no sense whatsoever to even say that a stronger anti cheat will stop the hackers. In what fking world are you living seriously? Why would the game need to be hacker free?
It was you who said that there is no hacker free game out there so why would combat arms need to be hacker free, you simply contradict yourself.
What i said was that there "shouldnt" be any hackers in the game, that is the ideal situation but thats not how anything works in this world.
A stronger anti cheat could prevent enough hackers so that the amount of hackers who get in to the game are few and easly managable though vote kicks and reports.
Since you say that a stronger anti cheat is useless i dare you to say the same if this game had no anti cheat whatsoever, since comparing the two situations the outcome would be rather simmilar.

You speak of elite moderator as a tool as if it cant be a negative thing, a tool is what you make of it as it is something that enables and helps you to do something, a nuclear bomb is a tool of destruction and can be used for both positive and negative things, but ultimately its how people use it that matters.
The majority of players choose to abuse the tool given to them in combat hackers, spammers, griefers, harassment, flaming, glitchers and more.
So the tool was removed and who is to blame, nexon or valofe? No the playerbase is to blame for it since it was how we collectively used that tool that made them remove it.

Tell me how it is logical that a player who is kicked for killing an elite moderator in a fair fight is a cheater, thats right it is not logical nor does it make any sense at all if anything the elite moderator is commiting unfair play/griefing and should be banned for it.
Elite moderators still gotta follow rules when kicking, all the reasons they could kick for was clearly displayed every single time they started to kick someone as they had to choose the reason they where kicking a player for.
Failing to do something as simple as discribed above is ridiculously pathetic and the playerbase should not be given another chance since they failed so misserably the first time that it was one of the major reasons combat arms are dying.

Back in the days when elite moderator was more manageable it was cause "not everyone" could get it that easily, the reason for this was cause the time requirement to get to major 2 back then was huge.
As time passed the rate at which players gained exp only increased making it more and more accessable to players, this in turn caused the item value to drop and abuse to increase starting a snowball effect.
Another situation like this is what happened to specialist items, before the items where inaccessable to most players though NX and the use of specialists and specialist slots, then they changed specialist items to be able for everyone though GP, no specialist or specialist slots needed either and nearly every room was full of only specialist items.

I agree about E-mod re-introduction but with limits about number of kicks (maximum 15/day), give them to high ranks only and punish who abuse it with ban (minimum 1 week until permanent if they'll abuse it multiple times)

Firstly room rules are no reason to bring back elite moderator since nearly all rules you could ever put in the room name could be done by a broader and better restriction option.
Most others are bannable reasons like no harassment or they aint allowed to be used as a rule like no camping, no bomb planting and so on.

Before the game had so many elite moderators that it was practically impossible to find rooms without an elite, since pre reloaded did not have any normal/ranked MM like we have now you could look for non elite rooms for several minutes without finding any.

6th sense my ass! they barely know what a fast quick scope looks like since a fast quickscope can bypass the animation for other players making it look like a noscope, and you believe that these people would see the difference between a hacker and a normal player thats playing good or even gets lucky?

Their room you say? frankly they did not own anything, clearly stated by Nexon in their ToS, it even stated that items bought with NX was not owned by the player, so for players to think that the room was theirs to do what they want with was mere idiocy.

Bringing the semantics of a ToS isn't akin to the topic at hand, if you have the ability to make your own room then one should have the ability to govern it in a reasonable manner. Otherwise, why have the ability to create a room at all? A vote to call if a kick was in favor or unfavorable was a thing, if I can recall, why not bring it back to that?

The ability to make your own room was simply so that you could customize it though the given interface, this is something you can still do and it contains, map, mode, password, friendly fire, mid combat join, kill cam and restrictions.
Going outside of that framework was only ever publically advertised when they first released elite moderator, but it still ment you had to follow the ToU making it relevant.

The function to vote on a kick at best only gave temporary help against the abuse a player could do with elite moderator, given enough positive votes it was nearly impossible to be punished though negative votes thereafter, the only time someone actually did get punished was at the start of aquireing the elite moderator as at that time a few false negative votes could bring you down even but even then it was quite swiftly fixed.

No restrictions or whatever. whos complaining about Elite can host his own room or play in rooms without elites
