I suggest you to re-submit a new ticket and title it " Account Verification" or " Account hacked" I think it'll help a little bit so they know your case.

Valofe only has a 30 person staff. Most of those guys are not on support. Imagine all the player issues they have to deal with sspecially with this transfer problems they been having. Be gad that they answered at least. They are trying and that should be appreciated.
