Transferred account but couldnt vote and was forced to create new character

i have a serious problem
on that account
i transferred it
but was unable to vote
or keep my char
I was prompted to create a new character everytime i logged onto this account and eventually made anew character that im stuck with and lost the original
so i wont get the rewards
wat type of shit is that
is there a way they can compensate me
or play the beta
i want this account back
