  • Issues Regarding Character Creation, Error Code: 386, and E-Mail Verification

    Regarding the issue after a successful transfer of your Nexon Account to your VALOFE ID

    Ensure your character is listed in the Account Status: https://combatarms-r.valofe.eu/transfer/status
    If your character is not listed, do not log onto Combat Arms and wait for your character to appear in the Account Status page.
    But if your character is there and you log onto Combat Arms and are met with having to create a new character.
    Important! Please do not create a new character and log out.
    If you did create a new character, please wait for an official announcement by VALOFE.

    Also important!
    Do not delete your VALOFE Account after you've transferred and linked your Nexon Account to your VALOFE ID.

    Update Dec 21: Anyone who is still having the character creation issue while having your transfer status page says that you've successfully transferred, Please send a private message to the Moderators with your VALOFE ID. Thank you!

    Update Mar 16: The transfer process has officially closed on March 9th. Users who are still experiencing this issue please see the update on Dec 21st.


    Regarding issues with [Error Code: 386]

    VALOFE is well aware of this and has made an official announcement: https://combatarms-r.valofe.eu/news/archives/28

    Update Jan 02: Anyone who is still experiencing Error 386, please send a private message to the Moderators with your VALOFE ID and your Country. Additionally please provide a screenshot of your Nexon and VALOFE confirmation/status page. Thank you!

    Update Mar 16: The transfer process has officially closed on March 9th. Users who are still experiencing this issue please see the update on Jan 02nd.


    Regarding Issues with E-Mail Verification.

    Users receiving no e-mail verification or an error "Failed to send verification email"
    Please always remember to check all folders of your e-mail account including the SPAM folder.
    It is highly recommended that if you are using Hotmail/Outlook to change your e-mail registered to your VALOFE Account to GMail.

    I did the same, it doesn't say "Your account is already transferd" but if i check in my fathers friendlist my name is normal. So that means its transferd. But if i try to login i have to begin again, how to fix it? Or do i have to wait for Valofe? I won't lose my LTC 5 Account.. Wariel

          I guess this you need to ask the guys from Valofe. You can try to do that on Facebook where they also shared this or on Valofes discord.
          You find the entry on the right bottom when you scroll down this page.
          My guess is:
          If you successfully tranfered your Account, both accounts are linked to each other. So Valofe can research your account data which you already transfered to them. They should be linked to your Valofe ID.

          Well, my main account transfer went smooth and that's most important thing for me.. but my alt is stuck somewhere in the pipe looks like. Nexon says its already transfered, but valofe dont agree I guess. Not much I can do about it, but I've sent CS ticket, so let's see

                  Those having issue with character creation despite having already successfully transferring your Nexon Account to your VALOFE ID,
                  Please try logging back into Combat Arms now (November 27th) after re-confirming your character is on the Status Account page.
                  If you still have the same issue, then please wait for further official announcement by VALOFE.


                  I am unsure if [Error Code: 386] has been fixed, but those affected by this can try logging onto Combat Arms to see.


                  Regarding issues with e-mail verification.
                  It has been suggested by VALOFE that users try using GMail instead.
                  And an official discussion has been made for this issue.

                        Please do know that VALOFE is currently filtering the IPs of countries that are affected by this.
                        VALOFE is quite busy with many things and are working on getting them done. So this may take some time.
                        I can only ask for your patience, until I have more updates or until VALOFE releases an Official Announcement.

                      Update:

                      Regarding the Character Creation Issue where players who transferred their Characters from Nexon are met with having to creating a new character in-game.

                      The maintenance on November 24th and 29th should have fixed the existing issue. VALOFE is now requesting everyone who are still experiencing this issue to fill out their new google form regarding this issue so that they can monitor the situation. Those who are still affected by this, please fill out this google form here: https://goo.gl/forms/4AaOes0h1Uc1uFds1

                          About 10 minutes after gathering information, then scrapping it because of new updates right when I was going to post it.
                          Been updating it now and then whenever I get new information.
