why is every thing removed for my account on reloaded?

Can you be more clean about what you are trying to tell us? are you speaking about Classic or Reloaded client? Also did you transfer your account from Nexon?

have windows 7. talking about reloaded. once i have played the game and log out and then try to play again, i get message : combat arms is already running, so shutting down client. i used Ctrl-Alt-Delete. it does bring up the task manager. but it does not show combat arms running. so the only thing i can do to play again is reboot.
