Bring back Exp/GP boosts through jobs

Those things were great. A lot of people find themselves scavenging for gp and it takes literally FOREVER to level up. If there are jobs that would give incentive for people to play the game more since they know that they can get more for playing and its just really unhealthy with what the state of grinding is.
